PTFE liners
Avtex Co Ltd offer to the customers different types of equipment chemical defense.
First method is lining with sheet PTFE. For using this method of defense lagging panels from one side metalize by sputtering on PTFE powderlike materials. Then, by the using special glue, lagging materials are fastened to the walls of apparatuses with the sputtered side, and the edges are hermetically welded.
Second method is free fasten. As there are no glue material, which are stable to chemical exposure at >120˚C, in these cases is used the method of free fasten. Polymericfluorine covering is installed to construction without rigid bonding, in the form of sheet inlays. For their fastening used flanges, and polymericfluorine bent by the special method serves also as sealant material.
Using sheet material from fluoroelastomers (FEP, ETFE, PFA) we have opportunity for lining the equipments of different forms directly on the customer working site.
